It’s interesting how many students get enrolled into various colleges or universities worldwide each year. Education is a top priority for the global and developmental agenda. It is key to giving hope, confidence and it’s also critical for equipping young professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to escape poverty and ill health. Millions of young professionals enrol in colleges or universities worldwide, and these universities churn out many graduates annually. Unfortunately, this number is not expected to drastically fall in years to come due to the importance of education in society.

What is more concerning is the number of graduates that lands a job right after college. The number of graduates who lands job straight after college has reduced substantially over the years.
